Urban Body

So I finally did it. I wanted to get a nose piercing for a couple of reasons...one, because I've always thought they look beautiful. second, because it definitely gives the impression of rebellion, strength and control. I needed a physical reminder for myself and the world that I'm ready for the biggest fight of my life. The best part was that my Aunt Ina, who lives in Washington, got her nose pierced the same day as a show of solidarity. We got on the live cams that night and giggled while comparing gems.
